Your new role

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Project Management Support: Work backwards from deliverables to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while identifying key stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.
• End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Technical Collaboration: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by working closely with development teams.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify risks, communicate status updates, and propose solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Tools & Methodologies: Use Jira for project tracking and apply best practices in business analysis and project management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in a consulting environment, ideally within the banking sector.
• Strong background in delivering end-to-end system implementations, particularly in payments or banking services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and program delivery skills.
• Exposure to technical concepts and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience using Jira or similar project tracking tools.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during critical production events.
• Availability to work onsite in either Toronto or Montreal at least 3 days per week.
