Your new role

As a Bulk Plant Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and infrastructure at petroleum bulk plants. This includes performing routine and preventative maintenance on pumps, valves, piping, storage tanks, metering systems, and other critical components. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain smooth plant operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in petroleum bulk plant repairs and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, piping, and bulk material handling equipment
  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and TSSA codes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and experience with logistics software or ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel overnight and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; 24/7 on-call availability when required
  • Physical ability to work in all weather conditions and handle heavy materials
