Your New Role
This opportunity is live-in at a flagship rental property in Vancouver. The experienced Building Manager / Maintenance Couple will be overseeing ~200 units at this rental property. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, property management, and overseeing the general maintenance of the property. You will be reporting directly to the Vice President. The ideal candidates bring a well-rounded skillset between both individuals with Building Management and Building Maintenance.

  • What you’ll need to succeed
  • Availability to work at minimum one weekend day.
  • On Call availability.
  • Knowledge of RTA
  • Experience renting units & rent collection (automatic, cheque, cash).
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit showings
  • Basic Handyman maintenance experience & familiarity with building systems
  • Having your own tools is an asset.
  • Pool testing certification.
