With a diverse portfolio and a strong focus on tenant satisfaction, they offer a dynamic and professional environment for those looking to grow their careers in real estate and property management.

Your New Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall upkeep of the company’s properties. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems, as well as handling general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and hardware fixes. You will receive a healthy compensation package including a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, 100% employer-paid insurance, and 2 to 3 weeks of vacation.
