Hays Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a large reputable property management company and seeking a dynamic and personable Building Ambassador to join the team at a high-profile mixed-use property located in Vancouver. This role supports a vibrant residential community in a newly developed building.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the face of the building, greeting residents and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle resident inquiries and concerns including fob issues, lockouts, and access validation.
  • Manage deliveries and coordinate access for couriers and trades (Amazon Key access available).
  • Support building operations by redirecting calls and escalating emergencies to the Operations team.
  • Maintain a secure and welcoming environment in collaboration with the Community Security Manager.
  • Assist with high-traffic evening coverage and contribute to elevating the resident experience.


What You Need to Succeed
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, residential or property management is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of building operations and issue resolution
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Energetic, ambitious, and adaptable personality with a passion for community engagement
