We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Calgary, AB. With a strong focus on operational excellence and financial transparency, they’re seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join their team.

Your new role

• Bookkeeping, journal entries, and month-end reporting
• Preparation of management reports and GST returns
• Payroll processing
• Supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Supporting tax filings (T4s, T5s – nice to have)
• Working with QuickBooks Online (mandatory) and Hubdoc (nice to have)

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Familiarity with Hubdoc is an asset
• Experience in real estate, rental or restaurant industries is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of GST returns, AR/AP, and month-end processes
• Tax experience (T4s, T5s) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
