Your new role
As a Bilingual Junior FX Dealer, you’ll be part of a dynamic front-office team responsible for servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of financial products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management. You’ll support senior dealers with market research, trade execution, and client engagement, while developing your own expertise in FX markets and trading platforms.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine market knowledge with client interaction, helping businesses navigate international financial challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams to support business origination and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Service a portfolio of corporate clients across FX and treasury products.
  • Execute FX trades using multiple liquidity providers and platforms, including Bloomberg.
  • Support senior dealers with market research, updates, and trade ideas.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination and client onboarding.
  • Understand client business environments and industry challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed on competitor offerings to better position our solutions.
  • Deliver on KPIs including revenue growth, client retention, and product penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Expand existing business and contribute feedback to product and technology teams.
  • Originate new business through client referrals and networking.
  • Prepare and present market updates to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Solid understanding of FX products and macroeconomic market dynamics (e.g., spot, forward, dynamic forward, options, derivatives).
  • A background in finance, economics, or business, ideally with a university degree.
  • Previous experience in financial services, preferably in a commercial bank or treasury front office.
  • A sales mindset with strong B2B communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to develop and present tailored solutions based on client needs and market conditions.
  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and relationship building.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in trade execution and client servicing.
