Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator
St. Jean-sur-Richelieu & Montreal, QC
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a dynamic organization by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of HR activities while contributing to employee experience, compliance, recruitment, and organizational initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce analytics.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and programs.
- Support leave administration and return-to-work processes.
- Coordinate employee training programs and monitor compliance requirements.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR communications.
- Support Health & Safety programs and Joint Health & Safety Committee activities.
- Assist with departmental projects, presentations, reporting, and general HR administration.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset).
- Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to travel between locations when required.
