Your new role
In this role, you will be a key contributor within the Business Projects and Compliance function. You’ll help drive smooth coordination and execution of business operations, compliance initiatives, and tender submissions, working closely with cross‑functional teams across sales, marketing, legal, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor tender websites and identify RFPs/RFQs/RFIs; coordinate internal timelines and kickoff meetings.
  • Prepare complete and accurate tender submissions with required documentation, pricing, literature, signatures, and certifications.
  • Maintain contract, pricing, and product information, including updates to internal systems.
  • Add customers to appropriate buying groups and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Establish internal controls, keep detailed compliance records, and prepare management reports.
  • Support development, updates, and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed on relevant legislation and update internal processes accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Post‑secondary education and 1–3 years of related experience.
  • 1–3 years of legal or paralegal experience, ideally involving contract law, tenders, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of contractual language, procurement regulations, legal specifications, and tender processes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
