Your new role

  • Supervising On-Site Activities: Managing daily operations and ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinating Subcontractors: Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring they adhere to project plans and timelines.
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: Enforcing construction standards and ensuring work meets quality requirements.
  • Project Scheduling: Managing project schedules and ensuring timely completion.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Construction Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience on projects from start-to-finish within ICI & Multi-family developments.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor construction teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address on-site challenges.
  • Knowledge of Documents and Schedules: Understanding of contract documents, drawings, and project schedules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
