Your new role

The Bilingual Business Development Representatives are a vital part of the sales team, motivated, curious, and committed to building a successful career in international finance. You’re ready to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
As a Bilingual Business Development Representative, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers across industries. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and access to advanced tools to support your success.   • Identify and engage with prospective clients to introduce international payment and FX solutions.
  • Research and qualify leads, tailoring outreach to meet the specific needs of each business.
  • Present, negotiate, and close opportunities that contribute to your performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline progress using Salesforce.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong interest in sales, including outbound outreach and business development.
  • Motivation to build a long-term career within a structured sales organization.
  • A university degree, ideally in finance, economics, business, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role is an asset but not required.
  • Curiosity about financial markets and how international business operates.
