• Act as a consultant and expert in AI solution architecture and MlOps frameworks
• Guide solution design using best practices for data preparation, model training, inference, document indexing, agent orchestration, etc.
• Design software architecture for new analytical tools
• Evaluate and integrate market-available technology components and libraries into existing toolsets
• Participate in the architecture and construction of large-scale business analytics solutions
• Contribute to the development of a culture of “Infrastructure as Code,” “Inner Source,” and automation

• Minimum 9 years of experience in software architecture and analytics
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best development practices in analytics
• Proven experience creating robust, reusable artifacts (libraries, etc.)
• Significant experience in machine learning and agentic AI
• Deep expertise in Python
• Strong knowledge of Databricks and Azure Cloud
• Ability to collaborate closely with multiple teams, understand their needs, and provide tools and support
• Mastery of large-scale systems, big data, and real-time streaming
• Ability to propose solutions for evolving existing systems and tight project timelines
• Understanding of modern AI architecture patterns
• Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and continuous learning
