Our client, a large CPG company located in Mississauga are looking to hire for an
Associate Finance Manager on an 18-month contract

As the Associate Finance Manager, you will take on a key leadership position responsible for enhancing financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will manage core treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting and foreign currency analysis, lead SG&A budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with department heads, and oversee working capital forecasting while driving improvements in the cash conversion cycle. Additionally, you will serve as the financial systems lead.

To thrive in this role, you will need strong technical expertise in financial forecasting, analysis, and data interpretation, along with a solid grasp of accounting and tax principles. You should be experienced in streamlining operations, implementing new processes, and navigating ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong business partnerships. A minimum of five years’ experience in finance is required, along with a CPA designation or MBA and a proven track record of leadership in managing teams or cross-functional projects.
