Assistant Property Manager in Calgary for 3-Month Contract

Your new role

This temporary role offers hands-on experience in property oversight, tenant relations, and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to support property and asset management goals.
  • Assist with operational tasks and help resolve site-level issues as they arise.
  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Review inspection reports and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.
  • Support compliance tracking and vendor onboarding processes.
  • Monitor rent collection and related financial activities across assigned properties.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on matters related to leasing and development.
  • Handle administrative duties including lease documentation, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and financial reviews.
  • Participate in health and safety initiatives and promote best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Several years of experience in commercial property operations or property administrative support
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and property-related accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using office software and property management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
