Your new role
As an Asset Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Asset Management and play a key role in enhancing the performance of a diverse portfolio of multi-residential properties. You’ll be responsible for financial oversight, operational strategy, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring each asset meets its performance targets and contributes to long-term portfolio growth.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3–5 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or property management.
  • Proven ability to manage mixed-use, commercial, industrial, or residential portfolios.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Background in institutional real estate, REITs, private equity, or advisory services.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.
