Operational goals are met by coordinating with property management, while financial oversight includes managing budgets, monitoring costs, and handling accounting tasks like forecasting and reconciliations. The role also entails managing tenant relations, resolving disputes, and working with various stakeholders, including legal counsel and consultants, to monitor their performance. Additionally, general office administration and travel to properties within a specific region are part of the responsibilities.
