Coordinate design and technical information with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants and contractors.
Collaborate with the design team to create detailed design concepts and convert them into clear, concise Design and Construction Documents.
Coordinate and review building products, conduct building code reviews, and integrate this information into technical documents.
Coordinate design and technical information with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants, and contractors.
Collaborate directly with colleagues and external consultants to produce and coordinate high-quality, well-coordinated documents.
Coordinate drawing production to accommodate required tender packages.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 4+ years of experience as an architectural technologist.
An Architectural Technology Diploma or Architecture Degree.
Experience working on projects in a variety of sectors – Industrial, Commercial and Senior Living.
Proficiency in construction documentation, including envelope detailing, is a must.
Fluency with Revit.
A solid understanding of current building systems, materials, and building codes
A passion for accuracy.
A collaborative and flexible approach.
Motivation, great organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience mentoring junior technologists.
