Your new role

• Coordinate design and technical information with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants and contractors.

• Collaborate with the design team to create detailed design concepts and convert them into clear, concise Design and Construction Documents.

• Coordinate and review building products, conduct building code reviews, and integrate this information into technical documents.

• Coordinate design and technical information with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants, and contractors.

• Collaborate directly with colleagues and external consultants to produce and coordinate high-quality, well-coordinated documents.

• Coordinate drawing production to accommodate required tender packages.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience as an architectural technologist.

• An Architectural Technology Diploma or Architecture Degree.

• Experience working on projects in a variety of sectors – Industrial, Commercial and Senior Living.

• Proficiency in construction documentation, including envelope detailing, is a must.

• Fluency with Revit.

• A solid understanding of current building systems, materials, and building codes

• A passion for accuracy.

• A collaborative and flexible approach.

• Motivation, great organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience mentoring junior technologists.
