What you'll need to succeed
The company is seeking an Intermediate Architect to join the Vancouver office. You will support the Education, Cultural, and Facilities studios, working independently under the guidance of senior leadership. This role involves managing projects through all phases, from design development to contract administration, while coordinating with clients, consultants, and municipal authorities.
What you'll get in return
- 5–8 years of relevant experience with a Canadian architectural firm
- Registered with the AIBC or eligible for registration
- Degree from a recognized architectural program
- Strong experience across a variety of project types
- Proficiency in Revit and understanding of sustainable design
- Familiarity with municipal approvals, BC Building Code Part 3, and ASHRAE 90.1
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
