Your new role

Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a client’s US Renunciation practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys working with legal and government documentation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires discretion, initiative, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Zoom and telephone meetings
• Prepopulate legal documents and government forms
• Manage new client onboarding and secure folder setup using in-house software programs
• Organize and maintain client documentation
• Perform accurate data entry and assist clients with form completion
• Provide administrative support to the Director and senior team members
• Handle confidential information with professionalism
• Coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, and various other functions as requested.
• Assists in the development and reporting duties to the Director
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows
• Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and couriers
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–3 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must possess initiative, sound judgment, respect for confidentiality, strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and people skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and platforms like Adobe, Teams, Calendly, and Zoom
• Quick learner with the ability to support basic tech troubleshooting
• Any type of previous experience in sales, marketing, or financial background is considered an asset but is not required
