The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our North Vancouver team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in staying organized and supporting team operations.

You will play a key role in coordinating administrative activities and assisting with project-related tasks; this is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the organization professionally in all internal and external interactions
  • Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and partners
  • Prepare, format, and proofread proposals, reports, letters, and emails
  • Perform general office tasks (printing, scanning, copying, binding)
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for projects and staff
  • Coordinate site visits and travel arrangements
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries
  • Assist with timesheets and administrative/accounting tasks
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs for office equipment
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Experience in a professional services environment is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with timesheet systems (e.g., Ajera) is an asset.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
