Your new role
The AP Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle of accounts payable
- Receiving payments & processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Data entry of invoices
- Communicate with vendors
- Maintain schedules to track purchases
- Reconciliation of accounts payable vendor balances
- Reconciliation of credit card accounts and bank accounts
What you'll need to succeed
- Due to the urgent nature of this role, you must be available to start working immediately.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an AP role.
- Experience within a high-volume environment
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
