Your new role

The AP Specialist is responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable.
Responsibilities
  • Full cycle of accounts payable
  • Receiving payments & processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
  • Data entry of invoices
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Maintain schedules to track purchases
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable vendor balances
  • Reconciliation of credit card accounts and bank accounts

What you'll need to succeed

  • Due to the urgent nature of this role, you must be available to start working immediately.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an AP role.
  • Experience within a high-volume environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
