Your New Role
As an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist, you will play a key role in managing both incoming payments and outgoing bills for the organization. Reporting to the AP/AR Supervisor, you’ll ensure accurate financial records, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers. This is a hybrid position based in Mississauga, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week after your probationary period.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred)
  • Proven experience in AP and AR roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (asset)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Manufacturing experience or process aptitude (asset)
  • Ability to pass credit and criminal background checks
