Your new role

The discussed client is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their team that will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, with a heavy focus on invoicing, accounts payable, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable managing high volumes of transactions, and confident communicating with clients, contractors, QuickBooks experience and internal stakeholders. The candidate will also be able to take high volume of inbound calls and direct them to the necessary parties across the organization, communicate with all areas of the business and maintain records

What you'll need to succeed

• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a construction/ engineering environment
• Strong QuickBooks experience is required
• Confident/comfortable dealing/communicating with various stakeholders
• Proven experience managing high‑volume invoicing
• Solid understanding of construction accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confident, professional communication style
