Your new role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales territory, driving growth through new and existing accounts. You’ll identify prospects, prepare proposals, and collaborate with engineering to deliver tailored solutions. Regular jobsite visits, customer engagement, and strategic sales initiatives will be key to expanding Doka’s market footprint.

What you'll need to succeed
- 5–7 years of sales/account management experience (construction or concrete forming preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
