• Strong Java 8+ knowledge
• Strong / Good ReactJS knowledge
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Ability to debug, extend existing code, and fix issues
• Understanding of microservice architecture and ability to write REST APIs
• Ability to write sensible tests for functionalities and endpoints
• Solid knowledge of Redux store
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling; must be able to independently build a CI‑CD pipeline for a new service/component
• Security‑minded approach for functionalities, services, endpoints
• Good database schema design; Postgres knowledge is a plus
• Experience working in a DevOps POD and willingness to do rotational production support

• 5–6 years of SQL and relational database experience (Oracle advantageous)
• Java server‑side development experience

• 5–6 years of experience working in Unix environments

• Work with team members and stakeholders to fully understand business requirements before design and development
• Consider accessibility and multi‑device use in all design decisions
• Implement technical solutions using industry best practices, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Fully test implementations ahead of UAT
• Assist with deployment to development and test environments
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from analysis to production release and support
• Participate in releasing code, raising production change requests, and providing production support
• Participate in intra‑day and overnight support
