The SAP Cutover Lead is responsible for overseeing the transition of SAP systems to the new S4 platform in a large and complex Canadian public sector environment. This role requires strong leadership qualities, including a drive for results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with SAP ECC to Rise S4 greenfield projects and be familiar with the Canadian public sector landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute comprehensive cutover plans in alignment with project timelines. 2. Lead and manage the cutover team, ensuring all stakeholders are onboarded and trained. 3. Maintain robust communication channels with all involved parties and provide regular updates. 4. Troubleshoot issues that arise during cutover and drive swift resolution. 5. Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless system integration post-cutover. 6. Ensure adherence to all relevant data privacy and security protocols

Requirements

1.Must have proven experience as an SAP Cutover Lead in a large, complex public sector environment. As well as experience in managing Hypercare in cases where multiple Releases are in Hypercare Phase together. 2. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC to Rise S4 migration processes. 3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Results-driven with a strong problem-solving orientation. 6. Familiarity with Canadian public sector practices and regulations. 7. Ability to work remotely in Canadian time zones (CT and ET) 8. Adaptable to fast-paced environment and mitigating high priority incidents which arise. 9. Understanding of contractual requirements related to delivery of Cut-over and Hypercare. 10. Creation and adoption of daily reporting requirements and incident tracking.
