Your new role

This role involves managing infrastructure and utility projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Review project documents to understand scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Oversee project execution including safety, cost control, scheduling, and client communication.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support proposal development and project planning efforts.
• Track and manage project changes, claims, and documentation.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years of experience in civil construction project management.
• Experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and earthworks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project and estimating software is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license.

  $120,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
