Hiring a SAP Success Factors Consultant

Your new role
As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of the recruiting and Onboarding modules. You’ll work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to define business requirements, configure system components, and ensure seamless integration with SAP and third-party platforms. This role is critical in delivering a compliant, user-friendly, and efficient talent acquisition experience.


What you'll need to succeed
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • At least 2 full-cycle implementations of Recruiting and Onboarding
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in both modules (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and onboarding best practices
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with S/4HANA and third-party HR tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
