Manufacturing Integration Engineer

Our client is a leading microelectronics manufacturing and engineering firm founded in 1987 specializing in the miniaturization, design and manufacture of custom microelectronic circuits.

Your new role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Integration Engineer to serve as the key technical liaison between Product Engineering, Process Engineering, and Production Operations for aerospace and space-grade circuit card assemblies (CCA). This role ensures that complex electronic hardware designs are translated into robust, manufacturable processes that meet stringent aerospace quality and reliability requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Interpret engineering documentation, drawings, BOMs, and specifications related to aerospace and space CCAs.
  • Coordinate with Product Engineering to understand design intent and functional requirements.
  • Work with Process Engineering to develop and optimize manufacturing methods, tooling, and build instructions.
Support production technicians and operators on the manufacturing floor, resolving technical issues and ensuring build accuracy

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience with aerospace/space electronics, PCB/CCA manufacturing, or high-reliability assembly standards (e.g., IPC-610, J-STD-001).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for building high-reliability hardware
