Your new role
As a Transformation Deployment Lead, you will drive end-to-end deployment planning and execution across critical work streams, including testing, cutover/conversion, and business readiness. You will manage vendors, risks, and issues to ensure a seamless rollout of large-scale financial systems. Key responsibilities include:
  • Testing: Oversee test execution, ensuring plans, resources, and defect management processes are in place. Validate business acceptance criteria for deployment.
  • Cutover/Conversion:
    Lead rehearsals and execution, ensuring fallback and continuity plans are ready.
  • Business Readiness: Confirm operational readiness, including workarounds for unresolved defects and Day 2 planning.
  • Hypercare/Warranty: Define and manage post-deployment support plans.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks impacting project success.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Deep expertise in financial asset management, fund accounting, and platforms such as SimCorp Dimensions; experience with BlackRock Aladdin is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in large-scale project deployments, including joining projects midstream and implementing course corrections without disrupting progress.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and communication skills.
