You will be responsible for impressing our loyal customers with your tire skills; repair, balance, advise, install tires. Your new role
• Diagnose and repair punctures, balance, install car and truck tires. • Respond to service calls; rotation, lifting equipment, changing tires, selling tires, etc. • Complete the work by respecting all the health and safety instructions issued by the company and following the best practices in the field. • Follow up on customer casings for retreads, rims for repair and others. • Accurately complete all documents/documents related to the service work provided to be able to carry out efficient invoicing. • Follow-up of inventory, maintenance, cleaning, and other tasks assigned by the garage supervisor. • Assist Shop Associates in ensuring shop and service vehicles are kept safe and clean, inside, and out always. • Interact and communicate in a professional manner with customers to explain service details and inform them of additional service maintenance that has been identified. • Assist supervisor and co-workers with any other tasks as needed. • Notify the supervisor of any breakage or problems with the tools or service equipment.

What you'll need to succeed
• Education/Training: High school diploma, DEP or DEC preferred. • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license. • Experience: Candidates with experience in the field of tires or mechanics will take precedence.
