Your new role
The role of Superintendent is based in Huntsville, Ontario and the project is a 5 storey, multi family Residential project. You will be responsible for the ultimate success of the project. Other projects range from Long Term Care Homes to Multi Family Residential to Retail development.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have 10+ years construction experience including ideally recent LTC or ICI or Multi Family Residential or Condominium construction. As well you need to have strong experience working directly with trades, experience in scheduling, safety, cost control, quality control, management and delegation.

Proficiency in Office and Project Management software
