Hays are working with a well-known General Contractor that are currently hiring a Superintendent in Calgary. This company is seeking someone experienced in concrete multi family builds

Your new role
As the Superintendent, your responsibilities will include coordination of trades, assisting with pre construction activities’, ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times to a high standard, managing materials and direct employees and attending project meetings. This company needs someone who is passionate about construction, with all the technical skills to match. Someone who can quickly build strong relationships and resolve complex issues will be required.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally come from a trades background (ie carpentry) and have strong understanding/experience of site activities. Prior experience working on multi family concrete builds is required.
