Senior Sourcing Manager

The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for leading sourcing projects. You will develop category plans and sourcing strategies containing a portfolio of key initiatives which deliver the various lines of business (Facilities, Marketing, HR, Professional Service, IT) strategy. The sourcing manager will deliver the key sourcing initiatives, achieving best value within acceptable risk. Experience in negotiating complex agreements to ensure best possible pricing and terms. You will lead the end-to-end procurement process, including RFP development, supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.

As the ideal candidate for this role, you should have over 10 years of procurement experience, specifically in managing either IT OR non-IT sourcing categories, including Facilities, Marketing, HR, and Professional Services. Your experience should demonstrate a strong ability to lead complex negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across various projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. As the ideal Senior Sourcing Manager for this role, you must possess extensive procurement experience, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with overall business objectives are also crucial for success in this position.
