Your new role
Your new role will require excellent teamwork with a multitude of stakeholders. Mentorship is a key part of this role as you will be involved in the training of junior and intermediate specification writers. A large part of the role includes educating staff on issues related to specifications, keynoting, technical material information, Project Manuals and assisting with educational bulletins about new product materials and new technology for staff members. Your extensive experience will also contribute to preparing technical documents for incorporation into Project Manuals for a wide range of highly complex building project types. The successful applicant will be able to grow and develop with the company.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum 10+ years of experience in an architectural profession, with a minimum of 5+ years of North American experiences. 5+ years of dedicated specification for various building types is also paramount. You will have previous experience with preparation drawings, consultant coordination, and liaising with clients and authorities, and mentoring junior colleagues. Preferred qualifications include RSW, CSP, CSC, CCS, CSI and LEED AP.
