Job Description:

• ServiceNow ITOM Event Management role: Integrate tools like Dynatrace/Splunk to generate events, define/refine event rules, alert correlation, CI binding, severity mapping, and auto-assignment to resolver groups.
• Validate CI relationships for impact analysis.
• Requires strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CI lifecycle, relationship modeling, IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM), monitoring tool integration, MID Server configuration, CMDB population, CSDM-aligned service models, and event correlation/asset inventory.
