Your new role
Within this position, as the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal quality on the job site. The Site Superintendent manages schedules and people - up to 50 at a time, works with sub trades and coordinates with project management. You will be working on low rise residential development projects throughout Ottawa. The Site Superintendent will be involved in meeting and collaborating with clients, providing excellent service and a top notch finished product

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this position you will have 5+ years’ experience working on residential wood frame projects. You are a strong leader that can get the best out of your people. Your experience should include everything from excavation/foundation through to Warranty. You will need to be project driven with a get things done attitude, with the ability to pick up tools when needed. Time management, and solid customer service skills are necessary to deliver a quality product. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will take you far in this role.
