Digitalization is a mainstream in the business and drives product development to new innovative technologies. Our client has offices in Canada, Austria, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Our client is growing quickly and currently has approximately 90 employees.

Your new role
  • Lead all DAL Global Sales Operations with effective account management to achieve sustained revenue growth
  • Manage the global sales and department staff (team of 5) with a mix of informal monthly discussions and formal quarterly employee reviews ensuring all staff follow Standard Operating Procedures of the company
  • Grow and develop a team of high performance sales account manager and business development associates
  • Own and enhance the Lead-to-Invoice and related processes, incl. lead and lag KPI
  • Ensure current & future revenue expectations have clear strategic initiatives and tactical plans developed and executed across the regions for achieving these
  • Ensure all Clients have an Account Plan with documented structured next steps in CRM and frequent Touchpoints through your sales team
  • Maintain Accounts Receivables as per company policy
  • Travel to global clients on a monthly, or quarterly basis as needed
  • Lead the global presence and participation in industry events such as conferences, peer exchanges and seminars aligned to fulfilling the sales strategy and targets
  • Support the Deighton Senior Management Team actively
  • with improving our cross-functional operating model and delivery
  • Support setting developing and executing our new Partnership Strategy and Plan to grow to gain additional business through Implementation Partners

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 7+ years in a sales/business development environment
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • High commitment to regularly monitoring sales & pipeline based on sales plans & targets
  • Experience leading a (global) team, solving any arising problems, and motivating and inspiring team members
  • Must be a team player, willing collaborator, and courteous
  • Proven capability in building relationships with client’s middle and senior management, and also internally
  • Proven experience in rapidly growing a practice or an account
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM.
  • MBA Preferred
