We have partnered with a reputable property management and multi-family real estate firm who is a market leader on the East Coast of Canada which has now expanded into the Vancouver market and rapidly growing. It is need of a Senior Property Manager to lead the operations of the Vancouver office and oversee the multifamily residential rental properties.

Your new role
As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a team of 12 people which includes operations, maintenance and leasing. This is a hands-on role with your main responsibilities being (but not limited to) managing and coaching the team, managing financial performance of the property in accordance to the budget, move in and move out inspections, managing the planned preventative maintenance program, making capital allocation decisions, participating in activities relating to acquisitions due diligence, working with the marketing team and overseeing the day to day operations of the properties.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must have at least 5 years professional experience within property management, have proven success building and leading a team, proficient with technology and have excellent communication skills. You must also have use of your own vehicle and the ability to work outside of core hours for emergencies.
