Our client is an employee owned large general contractor with their head office in Toronto, Ontario. They do traditional ICI projects ranging in value from $20M to $200M+. They are regarding as one of the larger GCs in the area and across Canada with multiple offices.

Your new role
The current opening is for a Senior Project Manager. This individual will support the company's larger projects and be a leader in project delivery. They will be able to deliver on schedules and budget, and actively review drawings with the project team in pre-construction to red-line coordination and construction issues, making suggestions when required. Finally they will lead the internal team, attend meetings and be a point of escalation for any issues with sub-trades or consultants.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful incumbent for this Senior Project Manager role will have at least 10 years in managing various projects in the ICI space. They will have leadership qualities and a high attention to detail. This individual will be an effective communicator and have the ability to solve problems. They will have strong knowledge of construction practices, scheduling, budgets, codes, etc. They will be able to professionally represent our client to their respective clientele and collaborate with management on opportunities for the company. Experience in Procore is an asset.
