Hays are working with a well-known general contractor that are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager in Calgary. This company are known for delivering a wide range of projects (ex: commercial, institutional, multi-family, light industrial, etc.)

Your new role
As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for achieving the overall objectives of the project under your control which will include both office and field activities. You will be planning, scheduling, budgeting and setting objectives throughout the construction phase. You will manage trade contractor site meetings, RFI’s, invoices and document control process as well as plan and ensure all projects are on time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 5 years’ experience working experience in a similar role with a general contractor. Education in construction related discipline is not mandatory but is considered a strong asset. The successful candidate will have a strong 'can do' attitude paired with relevant project experience.
