Your new role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead commercial tenant improvement projects from concept through completion. You’ll manage design quality, budgets, and milestones while collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors. You’ll also mentor junior designers and contribute to the creative direction of the firm’s portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial tenant improvement projects
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design school
  • NCIDQ certification and Registered Interior Designer (RID) status
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven project management skills with ability to balance design quality, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
