Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Development, the Senior Director of Development is responsible for overseeing all aspects of major development projects from feasibility through completion. We are imminently about to commence the development of multiple apartment complexes across various locations in BC. Project locations include Vancouver, West Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, White Rock and Vancouver Island. You will work as part of a small and dynamic team located in the Vancouver corporate office.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must be a senior development professional with 15+ years of relevant experience. You should take pride in inspiring and developing those around you but also enjoy being hands on with projects. We are open to considering people currently operating at Director or Senior Development Manager level.
