Your New Role
As a Structural Engineer based in Vancouver, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering structural and bridge engineering projects from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting structural and bridge projects.
  • Reviewing engineering designs, calculations, and documentation.
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical development.
  • Supporting proposals and contributing to bid strategies.
  • Monitoring budgets and schedules for cost-effective delivery.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Licensed P.Eng. in Civil/Structural Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge or structural engineering, including large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (S-Frame, STAAD, RISA, SAP2000).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proven track record on multimillion-dollar structural projects in Canada.
