Your new role
As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for the commercial performance of the company in terms of sales results and profitability, and also customer satisfaction. You will lead a team that includes sales representatives and marketing professionals such as graphic designers and marketing executives. You are also responsible for managing eternal relationships with a marketing agency and a real estate brokerage.
You will develop the sales and marketing strategy for the business, and then lead your team to implement this. You are responsible for the training, development and performance of your team members.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a sales management role in the Home Builder industry. It will be an asset if you also have experience of marketing.
You will have proven success in leading a team, and are able to motivate those around you.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of $120,000, plus a significant annual bonus. You will also qualify for a benefits package and RSP after a qualifying period.
