Our client is a reputable real estate developer looking for a Live-In Resident Manager to join the team. This investment, development and management company is leading some of the more exciting projects in North America. This role will be for a brand-new development that is less than a year old and is a residential tower that consists of 200+ units.

Your new role
As a live-in Resident Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that all residents have a positive living experience. You will be the point of contact for any resident inquiries, maintenance issues, and emergencies. Your duties will include managing the maintenance team, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, managing resident complaints, and showing/leasing of available units to the prospective tenants. You will conduct move in and move out inspections and enforce building, amenity, and tenancy bylaws in a professional manager.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in property management/building management or a related field. You will need to be highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills. You will need to be able to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments within the company. It is essential that you have a customer-focused attitude and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact. You must have knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and be self-motivated with a proactive and team mindset.
