Your new role

What they are looking for is a Property Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of 1 residential rental property in North York. Duties include collecting rent, handling tenant inquiries and coordinating maintenance repairs to ensure the property remains in good condition. You will maintain contractor relations and assist in the budgetary and financial reports.

What you'll need to succeed

You are an experienced Property Manager that has been responsible for residential rentals. You will ideally have experience with yardi, strong knowledge of RTA and relevant laws, experience and ability to create N! and N4 notices.
