Hays are working with a well-known general contractor that are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager in Regina. This company are known for delivering commercial, educational and multi family projects for both new build and tenant improvement work.
Your new role
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for achieving the overall objectives of the project under your control which will include both office and field activities. You will be planning, scheduling, budgeting and setting objectives throughout the construction phase. You will manage trade contractor site meetings, RFI’s, invoices and document control process as well as plan and ensure all projects are on time and budget.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years’ experience working experience in a similar role with a general contractor. Past experience managing commercial projects will be an asset.
