Your new role
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the leading of teams for one Long Term Care home residence project in Huntsville, Ontario. You will be involved in the planning, developing, coordinating and managing the overall budget and be responsible for scheduling as well. Project is projected to last at least 2.5 years and begin the spring of 2023

In your new role your day to day tasks will include developing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, Architects, Owners and trades as well as planning and preparing schedules and milestones while monitoring progress against established schedules.

In addition you will also prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to internal clients as well as effectively communicating with outside and internal clients as well as participating in the design process when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role your background should consist of post secondary education in a related field, Architect, Civil or other Construction. You should have 10+ years of practical and progressive experience working on similar projects and a thorough knowledge of the construction industry, budgeting/scheduling/estimating should be part of your skillset along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
