Our client, an architecture powerhouse, and a large multi-discipline firm is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Calgary working on residential projects (wood-frame and up to 4-story condominiums). With decades of experience in the industry & multiple award recognitions for sustainability, design, planning & development this is a special opportunity to make an impact on the built environment. Your team will be compromised of architects, engineers, planners, and interior designers that work collaboratively across various market sectors.

Your new role
We are looking for a Project Manager who will lead a multi-disciplined team in developing detailed work plans and deliverables – ensuring that all commitments are on time and on budget. You will be the point of contact between clients, contractors, and the project team to make sure that client relationships are maintained and address any potential concerns. You will have to maintain a good understanding of the project scope, specifically with construction drawings and specification and be responsible for the monitoring the progress of the project.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will possess impressive interpersonal skills and will h ave a minimum of 7 years of project work experience. It is essential you have a solid understanding project accounting, strategic development, business development, project management and client management. Having been registered with a relevant professional architectural association is an asset but not required.
